恐慌指數漲 多重資產突圍

美股近來波動度大增，VIX指數來到20以上，雖10月以來增幅逾倍，但相較於今年2月一度來到50以上，顯示市場情緒波動、但尚未如年初那波的恐慌。法人指出，跨入第四季，市場雜音紛沓，美中貿易延宕未明，面對全球經濟仍正向成長、美國成長力道相對強勁，多重資產策略減震，有助突圍波動的市場氛圍。
根據晨星資訊顯示，以美元平衡型股債混合基金為例，年初迄至10月11日，採均衡配置多元資產策略的基金，雖面臨市場波動的挑戰，但正因為股債混搭的資產特性，強化整體投資組合追漲抗跌的特性，表現上相對出色，在近30檔基金中，包括安聯收益成長基金等三檔基金，年初迄今仍繳出正報酬。
10月以來，全球市場波動加大，不過，包括美國高收益債券指數、可轉債指數和羅素1000成長指數，今年以來仍分別維持1.43％、4.02％以及7.41％的正報酬。
安聯收益成長基金產品經理胡韡耀表示，近期債市殖利率彈升、中美貿易戰與美國期中選舉等雜音造成市場震盪。面對市場波動愈趨明顯，以多重資產切入，同時布局收益、成長型資產，因為較能抵禦市場波動和多空變化，會是較佳策略。
展望後市，胡韡耀表示，美國市場中長期基本面仍屬良好態勢，儘管短期波動，但均衡分散資產布局及跟漲抗跌特性，相對是投資人攻守兼備的不錯選擇之一。美國經濟基本面仍然強勁，失業率近50年低點，人力短缺支持工資強勁上漲，美股這波下殺走勢可能只是暫時修正，不代表牛市結束。
新光多重資產基金經理人邱志榮表示，目前全球市場仍持續擔憂中美兩國關係持續惡化，當全球金融市場再度陷入政治陰霾，投資人資產配置可以採三招因應，第一招降波動，以低波動資產，列為核心配置；第二招是追成長，以成長型資產，作為衛星搭配。
由於各資產成長需考量基本面，若一般投資人不想費心，不妨採第三招─選多重，直接布局到多元分散投資標的、能兼顧成長報酬及下檔保護的「多重資產基金」，長期投資下來，讓資產配置的收益來源更加多元、打造收益力、防禦力雙贏。
